Payment & Delivery of Service Terms:

All memberships are processed upon receipt of a signed new client signup document. All payment processing is done through Stripe or our ANZ merchant facility. Stripe is certified as meeting Level 1 of the PCI DSS compliance criteria, which is the highest level of compliance available and is the same levels of data security of the biggest banks in the world.

Immediate access to all trading course material is granted upon receipt of a client’s initial one time payment.

On joining, Trading Mastery will: 

1. Send you a Welcome email with all course details and logins to our Online Knowledge Centre.
2. Send you download instructions for the Trading Mastery App (where you will receive Andrew’s Personal Trade Alert Service and other services. As long as you have an active monthly subscription)
3. Add you to our client-only email service which includes the Daily Market Update Report and invitations to the weekly Company Profile Analysis Class and the Chew The Fat – Market Wrap.
4. Arrange your Welcome On-Boarding call to get you started.

Please note that our monthly subscription covers three parts of the complete program; Daily Market Update Report, Access to Live Classroom & Q&A Sessions, and the Trading Mastery App.

If a client decides to stop their subscription then they will lose access to the Trading Mastery App, but the Daily Market Update Report, Classroom and Q&A Sessions, are accessible in the Knowledge Centre Archive the following day. 

*The Annual Trading Mastery Conference Tickets requires a small admin and food fee to attend.

Refund/Disputes Policy:

Trading Mastery Pty Ltd offers a ‘no questions asked’ 21-day cooling off period. Due to the nature of the investing strategies provided we will only consider refunds after 21-days on a case-by-case basis. Proven medical or financial hardships are considered but not guaranteed. All refunds are provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.
